At OrganisationsWork, we believe that the management of change should be a core competence for all levels of the business.  We build and embed change management capabilities in your business, through consulting, facilitation and coaching.  We mould our approach to your specific solution and equip your people with the necessary skills to confidently manage future change.  This might be in a formal change project or providing an alternative model of change management support – key skills on demand, when you need them.

Our method draws on many years of active participation in change programmes, preparing organisations and individuals for changes in the way they do business and the introduction of new technologies.  We recognise that there is no single approach to successful change.  We incorporate learning from diverse sources including design thinking, organisational psychology, agile project methodologies and strategic analysis.  We continue to evolve our approach through research, academic study and reflection.
